Terms and Conditions

1. General

Villas Paradise Mismaloya provides temporary accommodation for vacation purposes. By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any specific policies applicable to each villa.

Use of the website and confirmation of the reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions described herein.

2. Reservations and Payments

To confirm a reservation, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Rates may vary according to the season and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include only the services expressly indicated in the reservation confirmation.

Villas Paradise Mismaloya reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of non-compliance with the payment deadlines.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Villa Arrecife: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. | Check-out until 10:00 a.m.
• Villa Nueva: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. | Check-out until 10:00 a.m.
• Villa Paradise: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. | Check-out until 11:00 a.m.

Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must present valid government-issued identification upon check-in.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All payments made are non-refundable.

In case of no-show or cancellation outside the established period, a charge equivalent to the total reserved stay will apply.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to: groupsvacationrentals@gmail.com.

5. Use of the Villas

The villas are for the exclusive use of registered guests. Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the maximum capacity are not allowed without prior authorization.

The guest agrees to use the facilities, furniture, and equipment appropriately, keeping them in the same condition as when received.

Smoking inside the villas is prohibited. In case of violation, a special cleaning fee may apply.

6. Security Deposit and Liability

No security deposit is required; however, any damage, loss, or deterioration caused to the facilities, furniture, or equipment will be the responsibility of the primary guest, who must cover the full cost of repair or replacement.

Villas Paradise Mismaloya is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the stay, nor for forgotten or lost personal belongings.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided by guests will be used exclusively for reservation purposes, communication, and compliance with legal obligations. It will not be shared with third parties without express consent, except when required by a competent authority.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or compliance with this document will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
